Luwinga Secondary School is located near Mzuzu University and has received a complete ICT center in late 2013. It was jointly established by student volunteers from Mzuzu University, FAIR and employees from the ICT department of Mzuzu University.

In 2015, the center was upgraded.

In August 2017, a theft has left the centre out of function (memory stolen from all computers, hard drive stolen from server)
